This is an extremely nice 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire model 4302 with a tag axle. The coach is 43' long and has 4 slides. There were so few of these models made that they aren't even in the Mtn Aire brochure. It's our understanding there were only 80 made, and the difference is the 4302 has an additional living slide over the 4301 model. It has a 400hp Cummins, sits on a Spartan chassis and has 53k miles. Up front there are two very nice leather captains chairs, both are power and heated with the passenger having a power recliner. It has the Smart Wheel with the headlight, wiper and cruise functions built-in, tilt/telescopic, power heated mirrors, am/fm cd, power sun visors, draw string curtains, day/night shades, auto leveling system, leather sofa bed, upgraded tv's, power satellite, hard-surface counters, 3 burner stove, convection microwave, double basin sink, gas/electric water heater, upgraded large fridge which works on both electric and inverter, two roof ac's with heat strips, stacker washer and dryer, large bathroom with a sink, seprarate toilet room with a sink as well, king bed, Onan 7500 diesel generator with approx 800 hours, 2000 watt inverter, side radiator, power main and door awnings, power cord reel, slide-out trays in full pass thru storage areas, water hose reel, 10k hitch, tires are a couple years old and batteries are all in great shape as well Both the coach and the generator were recently serviced. This coach is extremely clean inside and out and all systems work as they should.
