It has a/c and heat operated by thermostat, gas/electric fridge, DSI water heater, 3 burner stove, microwave, oven, double basin sink, full bath, double fold down sofas, queen bed upfront, flat panel tv, radio/CD/DVD player with exterior speakers, power awning, tread plate rock guard. Clean inside and out and everything works as it should.
