1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36

This class A diesel pusher was recently traded in to us. It's a 1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36 with right around 100k miles. It has a Cummins engine and a Allision 6 speed transmission. Cosmetically it has a few blemishes, but mechanically it's great. Rather than fix the blemishes we have decided to do a quick sale in it's current condition. It has an operational Onan 6k diesel generator with just over 1100 hours, two working roof A/C's, 50 amp service, the previous owner has replaced the fridge not too long ago so it's in good working condition, the lp and water systems seem to be in fine shape as well. The items we have noticed to not be currently working is the dash ac, and the leveling system. The customer stated they loved the motorhome for the last 9 years and would have no problem driving it anywhere.
