1997 Fleetwood Flair 30H

This 1997 Fleetwood Flair class A motorhome was recently traded into us and it's in really good shape in and out. The model is a 30H, it's 31 feet long and is built on a Ford chassis with 86k miles. Is has an onboard Onan Microquiet 4000 generator with 330 hours. Upfront there are two Flexsteel captains chairs (drivers side is power) which swivel all the way around to become part of the living area when camping, tilt, cruise, a/c, and a cd player. The living area has a sofa that folds down into a bed, the dinette does as well so the rv can sleep 6. It has a gas/electric fridge, 10 gallon dsi water heater, double basin sink, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, flat panel tv in living area, 30 amp service, ducted heat and a/c, queen bed in rear bedroom and lots of drawer and cabinet space. Outside it has an awning, ladder, spare tire, window awnings, trailer hitch, good tires and batteries. Everything works like it should and it's clean inside and out.
