This 1999 Newmar Mountain Aire was recently traded in to us and it's in great shape inside and out. It has a V-10 engine with 51k miles and runs great. The rv is 37' long and has a large slide out located in the living area. The couch in the living area pulls out into a bed so the motorhome can sleep 4 comfortably. There are 2 tv's, gas/electric fridge, separate ice maker, stackable washer and dryer, glass shower and separate toilet room. It has an Onan 7000 gas generator with less than 300 hours, two roof A/C units, 50 amp service and all the main systems are in good working condition.
