This is an extremely nice 2014 Open Range Mesa RLS 430RLS 5th wheel travel trailer. The 430RLS is a rear living 42 foot camper with 4 slides that can sleep 6. It is a tripe axle all aluminum frame and weighs 11,700 lbs. It has a rear living room with two leather recliners, a leather sofa bed and a very nice entertainment center with a 48" lcd tv, dvd/cd/mp3/radio with surround sound and an electric fire place that has a heating option. The ceilings are tall and makes the inside feel very spacious, the main living room also has a ceiling fan. The center is where the kitchen and second living area is located. It has a table and chairs, another sofa bed, the mobile island is a nice touch and adds more flat and cabinet space. The master is located in the front and has a king bed, large closet, 20" lcd tv, dresser and a utility closet that is prepped for a washer & dryer. The bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower with seat, skylight, toilet and nice vanity with a residental style sink. This is a 4 seasons trailer with heated tanks and enclosed underbelly, 50 amp service, 85 gallon fresh water tank, 4 propane tanks, 10 gallon dsi water heater, two a/c units and furnace which are ducted, one touch leveling system, alloy wheels, new style tinted windows, lighted power awning, sewer flush, exterior speakers and a rear ladder. This is a super clean trailer inside and out and everything works.
